Not all search sites are equal.

Websites like,, and are useful tools for Buyers to define their home search criteria, but...

What is the MLS? The MLS is a tool that Realtors® use to communicate up-to-date home information with other Realtors®. The MLS helps Realtors® efficiently and effectively search homes based on their clients needs. It was created  specifically to avoid what can often happen on sites like Zillow and Trulia, where buyers experience disappointment over listings that are no longer available or were inaccurate. 

Unfortunately I have had this displeasure of telling unrepresented buyers who call in and discover that the listings they wanted to see where already in contract, despite what they found online themselves. I can hear the letdown in their voice. I don't want this to happen to you.
